- Definire priorità e scope dei task

Business logic, priorità, value proposition
Workflow
- Definisce obiettivo del task/sprint
- Aggiorna PRD se necessario
- Coordina con Tech Lead per specifiche
- Valida che l'output risolva il problema utente

- UVP (Unique Value Proposition) alignment
- Activation Rate improvement
- Scope control (no scope creep)
