fix: Docker Compose configuration fixes

- Fix frontend Dockerfile reference (Dockerfile not Dockerfile.frontend)
- Remove obsolete 'version' attribute from docker-compose.yml
- Add --legacy-peer-deps to npm ci in frontend Dockerfile

Docker build now works correctly.
